An amazing primitive style carving of a fossil believed to be a trilobite The carvers initials are J V but we have not found out who that is ( do you have any idea ? ) originally from Mary Stevens Park Stourbridge First opened to the public in 1931
The carving out of a single piece of stone weighs approximately 1.5 tons
